Connect an authorized MAG portal

Infomir MAG and portal-based hardware. Follow these steps on your own device, and check the troubleshooting resources if something doesn't work as expected.

Step-by-step setup

  1. Check the exact MAG model and confirm it is supported by your provider.
  2. Open the device’s system settings and locate its portal configuration.
  3. Enter the portal URL supplied by the authorized portal operator.
  4. Save and restart or reload the portal as instructed by the device.
  5. If the provider requires device registration, obtain the relevant identifier from your device settings and share it only through a secure official channel.
Helpful tipOlder MAG devices have variable compatibility. Do not publish device identifiers or customer account information.
